Inside the rear collar is the “Wilson” manufacturer’s tag with jersey size “50”. Embroidered underneath is a white strip tag with “21 97 1” indicating the player number, jersey year and set, respectively. Adjacent is the team authentication hologram numbered “10003”. Across the front is “BLUE JAYS”. Player number “21” appears on both the front and back. Player name “CLEMENS” appears across the back. All numbers and letters are done in light blue on dark blue tackle twill. Clemens has signed the front in black marker adding the inscription “CY 4” rating a 6. On the right sleeve is the Jackie Robinson patch. On the left sleeve is the team maple leaf embroidered patch. The jersey shows game-use and appears to have no alterations of any kind. It is accompanied by a COA from the Toronto Blue Jays and a LOA from JSA.
