Paul Molitor quickly became an offensive juggernaut with the Blue Jays and was a key part of their second World Championship. Molitor won the World Series MVP Award and tied a World Series record by batting .500 (12-24) in the six-game series. In 2004, he was elected to the Hall of Fame in his first year of eligibility. Inside the rear collar is the “Wilson” manufacturer’s tag with jersey size “44”. Embroidered directly below is a white strip tag with “19 95 2” indicating player number, jersey year and set, respectively. Across the front is “BLUE JAYS” done in white on blue tackle twill. Below is the team Blue Jay embroidered patch. On back is player number “19” done in white on blue tackle twill. Player name “MOLITOR” appears across the back in blue tackle twill. Molitor has signed the right breast in blue marker rating an 8. The jersey shows game-use and is accompanied by a LOA from JSA as well as by an additional LOA.
