On the left front tail is the “Russell” manufacturer’s tag with wash instructions. Attached is a flag tag with “50 100% POLYESTER”. Adjacent is a white label with “2004”. Across the front is “RED SOX”. Player number “20” appears on back. All numbers and letters are done in red on navy blue tackle twill. Youkilis has signed the back number in blue marker rating a 7-8. At the outer rear neck is the MLB embroidered logo patch. On the left sleeve is the Russell “R” embroidered in navy blue and red. The jersey shows game-use and appears to have no alterations of any kind. It is accompanied by a LOA from JSA.
