Inside the rear collar is the “W.A. Goodman & Sons” manufacturer’s tag with wash instructions and jersey size “42”. Attached is a flag tag with “LONG”. Across the front is “Dodgers” done in blue tackle twill. Player number “35” appears on front in red tackle twill and on back in blue on white tackle twill. Player name “WELCH” appears across the back in blue in white tackle twill. On the left sleeve is the “1984 Olympics” embroidered patch. Welch has signed the front of the jersey in black marker rating a 7-8. The jersey consists of an experimental material on its inner side only worn by three LA Dodgers’ players. The jersey shows game-use and appears to have no alterations of any kind. Accompanied by a LOA from JSA for the signature.
