On the left front tail is the “Majestic” label with jersey size “50”. Adjacent in the left seam is the “COOL BASE” flag tag. Inside the rear collar is a blue strip tag with “09 Hoffman 50 269” embroidered in white stitch indicating jersey year, player name, jersey size and order code, respectively. Inside the left seam is a white flag tag with “+1” sleeve”. Across the front is “Brewers”. Player number “51” appears on both the front and back. Player name “HOFFMAN” appears across the back. All numbers and letters are done in white on navy blue on gold sparkle tackle twill. On the left sleeve is the team embroidered “M” patch with adjacent Majestic “M”. At the back of the neck is the official MLB embroidered logo patch. Hoffman has signed the back number in black marker adding the inscription “Rick All the Best” rating an 8. The jersey shows light game-use and appears to have no alterations of any kind. It is accompanied by a LOA from JSA.
