A member of the 50 Greatest Players in NBA History, Barkley was elected to the Hall of Fame in 2006. On the left front tail is the "Champion" manufacturers size 50 tag with wash instructions. Above this tag is an additional tag, which reads "Designed & Tailored Exclusively for Philadelphia 76ers." Adjacent to the manufacturers tag are additional manufacturers embroidered tags with "90" and "2" L.B." on them. Across the front is "SIXERS" in blue on red tackle twill. Below that and on the back is the player number "34" in the same tackle twill. Across the back is the player name "BARKLEY" in blue tackle twill. On the upper left breast is the embroidered official “NBA” logo. Autographed on front in blue marker with “Best Wishes” added and rates a 6. In the back waistband of the shorts is the "Sand-Knit" manufacturers size 42 tag. Next to it is an additional tag which reads "Designed & Tailored Exclusively for Philadelphia 76ers." The player number “34” is written on this tag in black marker. Adjacent are three additional manufacturers embroidered tags with "88," “2” L.I.,” and "2" H.R." The uniform shows game-use and appears to have no alterations of any kind. The autograph is accompanied by a LOA from JSA.
