Wali Jones was drafted in 1964 by the Detroit Pistons and spent ten years playing professional basketball in the NBA. He played alongside Wilt Chamberlain on the Philadelphia 76ers team that won a World Championship in 1967. This is a 1970 Philadelphia 76ers game-used road knit jersey. On the inside back tail is the "38 24 70" chain stitched strip tag. Next to this is the "Pearson" distributors tag. Across the front is "PHILA" in blue on white tackle twill. Below on front and on back is the player number “24” in blue on white tackle twill. Across the back is the player name "JONES" in white tackle twill. The jersey shows game-use and appears to have no alterations of any kind.
