Across the front is "MAGIC" in blue on silver sparkle on black triple tackle twill. On both the front and back is the player number "12" in the same tackle twill. Across the back is the player name "HOWARD" done in blue tackle twill. On the left breast is the official NBA embroidered logo. Autographed on the back number in black marker and rates an 8. The jersey shows game-use and appears to have no alterations of any kind. Accompanied by a LOA from JSA as well as an additional COA.
