The club now known as the Washington Wizards began play as the Chicago Packers in 1961. After only one year, they changed their name to the Zephyrs. In 1963 the franchise moved to Baltimore, Maryland, and became the Baltimore Bullets (no relation to the 1940s–50s Bullets franchise). This large vinyl banner that hung in their arena measures six feet across at its longest point and 8 feet high. It has “Baltimore Bullets NBA Central Division Champions 1972” on front in large orange tackle twill. It is in NM overall condition with no rips or tears.
