By acclamation, Michael Jordan is the greatest basketball player of all time. Although, a summary of his basketball career and influence on the game inevitably fails to do it justice. As a phenomenal athlete with a unique combination of fundamental soundness, grace, speed, power, artistry, improvisational ability combined with an unquenchable competitive desire, Jordan single-handedly redefined the NBA superstar. This jersey was worn during the NBA-record 72 wins season of 1995-96. Jordan's individual accolades and accomplishments include five MVP awards, ten All-NBA First Team designations, nine All-Defensive First Team honors, fourteen NBA All-Star Game appearances and three All-Star MVP, ten scoring titles, three steals titles, six NBA Finals MVP awards, and the 1988 NBA Defensive Player of the Year Award. On the left front tail is the “Champion” manufacturers size 46 tag with wash instructions. Adjacent is the “Designed & Tailored 95/96 Exclusively for Chicago Bulls” tag. Across the front is “BULLS.” Below and on back is the player number “23.” Across the back is the player name “JORDAN.” All numbering and lettering is done in red on black on white tackle twill. On the left breast is the official “NBA” embroidered logo. Autographed on the back number in black marker and rates an 8. The jersey shows game-use and appears to have no alterations of any kind. The autograph is accompanied by a full JSA LOA.
