Rudy LaRusso was taken by the Minneapolis Lakers in the 2nd round of the 1959 NBA Draft out of Dartmouth College. In 1967–68 he was 7th in the league with a career-best average of 21.8 ppg. He was a five-time NBA All-Star. On the left front tail is the “Wilson” manufacturer’s tag with wash instructions and jersey size “44”. Across the front is “The CITY”. Below is player number “35” appearing with a likeness of the Golden Gate Bridge within a circle. On back is player number “35” appearing within a cable car. All numbers and letters are done in felt appliqué. Below the inner rear waistband of the satin shorts is the “Wilson” manufacturer’s tag with wash instructions and size “36”. Down each side is “WARRIORS” on blue tackle twill. On the right leg is the team embroidered patch. Also included is a pair of blue stirrups. The uniform shows good game-use and appears to have no alterations of any kind.
