Across the back is the player name "MOURNING." All lettering and numbering is done in white on teal tackle twill. On the upper front left breast is the embroidered official "NBA" logo. In the back inside waistband of the shorts is the "Champion" manufacturers size 44 tag. Next to that tag is the Champion "Designed & Tailored 94/95 Exclusively for the Charlotte Hornets" "RISE +2 INSEAM +2" tag. On the right front is the official "NBA" embroidered logo. The uniform shows game-use and appears to have no alterations of any kind.
