This jersey originates from Wes Unseld. In 984 NBA games - all with the Bullets - Unseld averaged a double-double, with averages of 10.8 points, 14.0 rebounds, as well as 3.9 assists per game, clocking over 36 minutes played per game. Unseld was inducted into the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame in 1988, and in 1996, he was named as one of the NBA's 50 Greatest Players of all time. On the front left tail is the “Wilson” manufacturers size 46 tag with wash instructions. Across the front is “EAST” in grey on blue tackle twill. Below on front is the player number “41” in blue on grey tackle twill. This is the first Unseld All-Star we have ever seen and only the third Unseld gamer we have ever handled. On back is the player number “41” in grey on blue tackle twill. Across the back is the player name “UNSELD” in grey tackle twill. Autographed on front in black marker with “HOF-88” added and rates a 9. On the back inside of the shorts is the “Wilson” manufacturers size 38 tag with wash instructions. Attached below is an additional flag tag, which is unreadable. On the front right leg is the “NBA” logo patch. The uniform has extensive wear from being worn more than once. The uniform shows game-use and appears to have no alterations of any kind. The autograph is accompanied by a LOA from JSA. Accompanied by a Wes Unseld LOA.
