On the front left tail is the "Champion" manufacturer’s size 44 tag with wash instructions. Attached below is a flag tag which reads "+2 LENGTH." Adjacent is another Champion "Designed and Tailored Exclusively For The 2000 Olympic Team" tag. Across the front is "USA" in red on navy blue tackle twill. Below that and on the back is the player number "14" in the same tackle twill. Across the back is the player name "PAYTON" in navy blue tackle twill. On the upper front left is the official "Champion" logo patch with the official "USA Basketball" patch below. Autographed on the back number in silver marker and rates a 9. The jersey shows light game-use and appears to have no alterations of any kind. The autograph is accompanied by a LOA from JSA.
