On the front left tail of the jersey is the “CHAMPION” exclusive tag which reads “Designed & Tailored Exclusively for PORTLAND TRAIL BLAZERS BODY LENGTH +4.” Next to that tag is the “CHAMPION” size “48” manufacturer’s wash tag. Across the front of the jersey is “BLAZERS” in white on red tackle twill. Below that and on the back is the player number “5” in white on red tackle twill. Across the back is the player name “O’NEAL” in white on red tackle twill. On the upper left breast is the official “NBA” embroidered logo. The jersey shows game-use and appears to have no alterations of any kind.
