On the front left tail is the “ADIDAS” manufacturer’s size 42 tag. Across the front of the jersey is the school name “UCLA” and player number “2” in gold on white tackle twill. Across the back of the jersey is the player name “COLLISON” and player number “2” in gold on white tackle twill. The jersey shows game-use and appears to have no alterations of any kind. The jersey is accompanied by a LOA from J.O. Sports Inc.
