On the front tail is the "ADIDAS" manufacturer's tag. Attached are four additional manufacturers’ tags with the jersey size "48","LENGTH +4," "2007-2008" and “CLIMALITE” on them. Across the front is "HAWKS" in navy blue and silver on red tackle twill. Below that and on the back is the player number "15" in the same tackle twill. Across the back is the player name "HORFORD" in navy blue tackle twill. Above the name on back is the “HAWKS” team logo patch. On the upper left breast is the official "NBA" embroidered logo. The jersey shows game-use and appears to have no alterations of any kind.
