On the front left tail is the "Champion" manufacturer’s size 40 tag with wash instructions. Adjacent to that is another Champion "Designed & Tailored 94/95 Exclusively for Utah Jazz BODY LENGTH +2" tag. Across the front is "JAZZ" in yellow and white screen print. Below that and on the back is the player number "12" in yellow on white screen print. Across the back is the player name "STOCKTON" in white tackle twill. On the upper left breast is the official "NBA" embroidered logo. In the back inside waistband of the shorts is the "Champion" manufacturer’s size 32 tag with wash instructions. Adjacent to that is another Champion "Designed & Tailored 94/95 Exclusively for Utah Jazz RISE 0 INSEAM 0" tag. The player number “12” is written on this tag in black marker. The uniform shows tremendous game-use and appears to have no alterations of any kind.
