On the left front tail is the "Medalist Sand-Knit" manufacturer’s size 44 tag with wash instructions. Above is an additional "Milwaukee Sporting Goods" distributor’s tag. Across the front is “EAST” in red on white screen print. Below that and on back is the player number "18" in the same screen print. Across the back is the player name "COWENS" in white screen print. There are also eight additional stars on the front and back in red on white screen print. Autographed on back in black marker and rates an 8. In the back waistband of the shorts is the "Sand Knit" manufacturer’s size 36 tag with wash instructions. On the right is an additional "Milwaukee Sporting Goods" distributor’s tag. On the left is a “1” HR ½” LI” strip tag. On the front left leg is the “1977 NBA All-Star Game Milwaukee” patch. The uniform is game-issued and appears to have no alterations of any kind. The autograph is accompanied by a LOA from JSA. Uniform is accompanied by an additional LOA.
