This jacket was worn by then San Diego Padres catcher Jim Leyritz during the 1998 World Series. Inside the rear collar is the Starter MLB Authentics manufacturers tag with player number "13" written in black marker. Attached is the size "XL" flag tag. Across the front is the team name PADRES. Directly underneath is Leyritz' signature done in silver marker along with the inscription "#13 98 W.S." rating a 9. On the left sleeve is the 1998 World Series patch. The jacket shows wear and is accompanied by a LOA from Jim Leyritz as well as a LOA from JSA.
