The crotch piece has been removed from the bottom with no manufacturer’s tags remaining. On the front, back and on each sleeve is the player number "72" in blue vinyl numbering. Across the back is the players name "P. OLSEN" in blue vinyl lettering on a white name plate. Autographed on back in black marker with “Go Rams” “1971” added and rates a 9. The jersey shows moderate game-use with 2 team repairs and besides the crotch piece being removed appears to have no other alterations of any kind. The autograph is accompanied by a LOA from JSA.
