On the left front tail is the "Reebok" manufacturers tag. Attached is the size "54" and "6" L.B." flag tags. In the inside back collar is a “07-54” manufacturer’s strip tag. Also in the collar are the “WWW.PROVAGROUP.COM” and “XA95216881” tags. On the front, back, and both shoulders is the player number “76" in blue tackle twill. Across the back is the player name "ADAMS" in blue tackle twill on a white name plate. The jersey has white spandex sides and custom elastic lineman sleeves. On each sleeve below the player number is the "Reebok" embroidered logo. On the front collar is the official "NFL Equipment" logo patch. Extra material has been added to the front collar. The jersey shows heavy game-use and except for what is mentioned appears to have no further alterations of any kind. Accompanied by a Cowboys-Steiner LOA.
