On the front left tail is the "Wilson” manufacturer's tag with wash instructions Attached are the size "46" and “”6 INCH X-LENGTH” flag tags. Next to this is the embroidered “96” year tag. On the front, back, and both sleeves of the jersey is the player number "78" in white on red tackle twill. Across the back is the player name "A. COOK" in white on red tackle twill on a light blue name plate. The jersey has light blue spandex sides and custom elastic lineman sleeves. On the front of the collar is the official "NFL" logo patch. On each sleeve above the player number is the "Wilson” logo patch. Autographed on back in blue marker and rates a 9. The jersey shows light game-use and appears to have no alterations of any kind. The autograph is accompanied by a LOA from JSA.
