In the back collar is the "Russell" manufacturers size 36 tag with wash instructions. Attached below is the "100% NYLON" flag tag. Below these is the "90" felt strip tag. On the front, back on each sleeve of the jersey is the player number "81" in light blue on red screen print. Across the back is the player names "GIVINS" in light blue on red tackle twill on a white name plate. The jersey has white spandex sides and custom elastic sleeves. On the front collar is the official “NFL” logo patch. The jersey shows light game-use with one team repair and appears to have no alterations of any kind. Accompanied by a LOA from the Houston Oilers Equipment Manager.
