On the front left tail is the "CHAMPION" manufacturer’s size XL tag. Attached is an additional flag tag which is unreadable (faded). On the front and back is the player number "81" in green screen print. On each sleeve is the player number "81" in white screen print. Across the back is the player name "PHILBIN" in green screen print directly on the back. The crotch piece on the bottom has been removed. The jersey shows moderate game-use with four team repairs and besides the crotch piece being removed appears to have no alterations of any kind.
