On the left front tail is the "Medalist Sand-Knit" manufacturers size 44 tag. Above is the “Designed & Tailored Exclusively for the Golden State Warriors” tag. Next to these is the embroidered “88” year tag and “1” L.B. strip tag. On front is “WARRIORS” in yellow tackle twill with white stitching. Below and on back is the player number “17” in the same tackle twill. Across the back is the player name “MULLIN” in white tackle twill. On the upper left breast is the official "NBA" embroidered logo. Autographed on the back number in black marker and rates an 8. The jersey shows game-use and appears to have=2 0no alterations of any kind. The autograph is accompanied by a LOA from JSA.
