Adjacent are three additional manufacturers tags with 87”, "2" L.B." and a handwritten tag with "88-1." Across the front is "PHOENIX" in orange on purple tackle twill. Below that and on the back is the player number "14" in the same tackle twill. Across the back is the player name "HORNACEK" in purple tackle twill. On the upper left breast is the embroidered official NBA logo. In the back waistband of the shorts is the "Sand-Knit" manufacturer’s size "34" tag with the player number “14” written on it in black marker. Next to this is an additional tag which reads "Designed & Tailored Exclusively for Phoenix Suns." Adjacent is an additional manufacturers tag with “87-88-1” written in black marker. On both legs of the shorts is the “SUNS” logo in purple on white tackle twill. The uniform shows game-use and appears to have no alterations of any kind.
