On the front left tail is the "Champion" manufacturers size 50 tag with wash instructions. Adjacent is another Champion "Designed & Tailored 94/95 Exclusively for Charlotte Hornets BODY LENGTH +4" tag. Across the front is "CHARLOTTE." Below that and on the back of the jersey is the player number "33." Across the back is the player name "MOURNING." All lettering and numbering is done in white on blue tackle twill. On the upper front left breast is the embroidered official "NBA" logo. Autographed on back in black marker and rates an 8. The jersey shows game-use and appears to have no alterations of any kind. The autograph is accompanied by a LOA from JSA.
