The player number “21” is written on this tag in black marker. Across the front is "HAWKS" in white on yellow on black triple tackle twill. Below that and on the back is the player number "21" in the same tackle twill. Across the back is the player name "WILKINS" in white on yellow tackle twill. On the upper left breast is the embroidered official “NBA” logo. The jersey shows game-use and appears to have no alterations of any kind.
