****THE TITLE OF THIS LOT HAS CHANGED AND DIFFERS FROM OUR PRINTED CATALOG****This uniform was race worn by Jeff Andretti in the Robert Bosch Super Vee series in 1985. During that season, Mario and Jeff Andretti made history by becoming the first father-son to ever win on the same weekend. Jeff started from the pole position that race and won, as he would two other races that year being named rookie of the year. This race suit is manufactured by “Simpson” and has a white flag tag with “3-85” indicating the month and year of manufacture. There are numerous sponsor patches on the suit including Goodyear, Hanna, Electrolux, Bosch Spark Plugs and Koni. Jeff has autographed the suit on the left shoulder in black marker rating an 8. The suit shows nice wear and appears to have no alterations of any kind. It is accompanied by a LOA from JSA for the signature as well as a typed LOA from Jeff Andretti who consigned this suit to us.
