****THIS DESCRIPTION HAS CHANGED AND DIFFERS FROM OUR PRINTED CATALOG****This red and green stitched baseball has been signed by Hall of Famer Grover Cleveland Alexander on the sweet spot done in period black ink rating a 6. He signed it G C Alexander. There is a ¼ inch piece of the ball that has been removed which is the area where the “A” in “Alexander” appears. There is another signature on the west panel, Earl Oil Can Smith signed "Oil Smith", also done in black ink. The ball shows heavy scuffing and dirt spotting throughout. It is accompanied by a LOA from JSA.
