On the front left tail is the "Majestic" manufacturers size 54 tag. In the inside left tail an embroidered “08” strip tag. Inside the left inseam of the jersey is a wash tag with code "0063." On the outside left seam is the “Cool Base” tag. Across the front is "PHILLIES." Across the back is the player name "HOWARD." Below that and on the left sleeve is the player number "6." All lettering and numbering is done in red on white tackle twill. Below the player number on the left sleeve is the embroidered "Majestic" logo. On the back outside collar is the official "MLB" logo patch. The jersey shows game use and appears to have no alterations of any kind. Accompanied by a LOA from the Philadelphia Phillies.
