On the front left tail is the "Majestic" manufacturer's tag. Attached is the size “50” flag tag. Inside the left inseam is a wash tag with code "0062." Across the front is "ATHLETICS" in green on yellow tackle twill. Below that and on the back is the player number "75" in the same tackle twill. Across the back is the player name "ZITO" in green on yellow tackle twill sewn on a white name plate. There is Velcro between the second and third button on the top of the jersey to help keep the jersey in line properly. On the back of the collar is the official “MLB” logo patch. On the left sleeve is the "A's" elephant logo patch and below that is the "Majestic" embroidered logo. Autographed on the back number in silver marker and rates an 8. The jersey shows game-use and appears to have no alterations of any kind. The autograph is accompanied by a LOA from JSA.
