Walter Davis spent 15 years in the NBA with the Suns and Nuggets and was known as "The Greyhound for his speedy style and sleek physical appearance. Lafayette "Fat" Lever was considered one of the league's best point guards in the late 1980s while a member of the Denver Nuggets. On the left front tail of the Walter Davis road jersey is the "Sand-Knit" Denver Nuggets exclusive tag. Below that is an additional "Sand-Knit" manufacturer's tag with the jersey size "46" on it. Next to that is an embroidered strip tag with "2" L.B." Across the front of the jersey is "NUGGETS" done in white on blue on yellow tackle twill. On the front left breast is player number "6" also done in the same tackle twill. On the back is the player name "DAVIS" done in yellow tackle twill on a blue nameplate. Below this on back is the player number "6" in white on blue on yellow tackle twill. The jersey is autographed on back in black marker with "Sweet D" added and rates an 8. On the back inside waistband of the Walter Davis road shorts is the "Sand-Knit" Denver Nuggets exclusive tag. Next to that is an additional "Sand-Knit" manufacturer's tag with the jersey size "6" on it. "6" is written on the tag in black marker. Next to that is an embroidered strip tag with "1" H.R." and on the other side is the "88" year tag. On the left front tail of the Walter Davis road jersey is the "Gart Bros. Sporting Goods" tag. Below that is an additional "Sand-Knit" manufacturer's tag with the jersey size "40" on it. Across the front of the jersey is "NUGGETS" done in white on blue on yellow tackle twill. On the front left breast is player number "12" also done in the same tackle twill. On the back is the player name "LEVER" done in yellow tackle twill on a blue nameplate. Below this on back is the player number "12" in white on blue on yellow tackle twill. The jerseys and shorts show good game-use and appear to have no alterations of any kind.
