Few personages in sports come along that have the ability to not only change the way the game is played but how it is perceived; in the modern era, that personage is the one and only Michael Jordan (HOF). By acclamation, Michael Jordan is the greatest basketball player of all time. Although, a summary of his basketball career and influence on the game inevitably fails to do it justice, as a phenomenal athlete with a unique combination of fundamental soundness, grace, speed, power, artistry, improvisational ability and an unquenchable competitive desire, Jordan single-handedly redefined the NBA superstar. Joining the Chicago Bulls in 1984, he led them to six World Championships and attained unprecedented awards for himself along the way. From the 1985 NBA Rookie of the Year to five-time NBA MVP to six-time NBA Finals MVP to the NBA's 50th Anniversary All-Time Team, Jordan has achieved it all. On the left front tail of this knit jersey is the "Medalist Sand-Knit" manufacturer's tag with the jersey size "44" on it. Above that is an additional manufacturer's exclusive tag that reads "Designed & Tailored Exclusively for the Chicago Bulls." Adjacent to that are two additional manufacturer's embroidered tags with "2" L.B." and "88" on them. Across the front of the jersey is "BULLS" screened on in red on black. Below that on front and on the back is the player number "23" screened on in red on black. Across the back above the number is "JORDAN" screened on in red. On the back waistband of the shorts is the "Medalist Sand-Knit" manufacturer's tag with the shorts size "36" on it. Next to that is an additional manufacturer's exclusive tag that reads "Designed & Tailored Exclusively for the Chicago Bulls." Adjacent to that four additional manufacturer's embroidered tags with "1" H.R", "1" L.I.", "23" and "87" on them. The jersey and shorts are now an "off-white" color from extensive wash and wear. The jersey and shorts show game-use and appear to have no alterations of any kind.
