Going down the left front are 3 stars in white tackle twill. On the front and back is the player number "11." Across the back is the player name "HAWKINS." This lettering and numbering is done in red tackle twill. There is a name change on this jersey. The jersey shows game-use and besides the name change appears to have no alterations of any kind.
