One of the most popular and recognizable Harlem Globetrotters, Hubert "Geese" Ausbie thrilled audiences around the world with his awesome talent and effervescent personality for 24 years. He served as the "Clown Prince" for the Globetrotters from 1961 to 1985 and left an indelible mark on the game of basketball. On the inside back collar of jacket is the "Wilson" manufacturers size 46 tag. Attached below is a "3" X-Long" flag tag. On the left breast is the embroidered "Harlem Globetrotters" patch in yellow, red, and white. The jacket has a metal zipper down the entire front. There are two blue and white size Medium knee pads. Also, there are two red, white, and blue wristbands with "Harlem Globetrotters" screen printed on them. Also, included are two blue, red, white, and gold striped stirrups. All items show wear and appear to have no alterations of any kind. These items are consigned directly from the Ausbie family.
