A striking black velvet smoking jacket made by "Certo" of Beverly Hills, CA. Specially made for Mr. Davis with a label inside the left pocket reading "Custom styled for Sammy Davis, Jr." in brown chain stitch. Comes complete with velvet belt to fasten the jacket closed. Included are two personal worn shirts also made exclusively for Sammy. A black and white lace button shirt and maroon with white polka dots both labeled in their back collars with tags reading "1987", "Sammy Davis Jr." and manufacturer "Nat Wise".
