Commonly referred to as "Legal Tenders" because of their stated payment obligation, these notes were issued in six Series, with this Speelman-White note being issued in the last (1907) Series. Featuring a portrait of Andrew Jackson on the left and a pioneer family in the center, these notes are overprinted with a small red scalloped seal on the right and a red decorative "V" on the left. Grades Almost Uncirculated.
