This 14-1/2" x 14-1/2" base shows tremendous use and has been signed in blue sharpie on the side by Mike Piazza, signature grades a 7. There is an orange and blue "Mets" plaque on two of the sides, and a United States flag logo plaque on the other two sides. The front of the base reads "Original Hollywood Base, Jack Corbett, Schutt Sports." Mounted inside of a 21-1/2" x 21-1/2" wood and glass display case, has the Major League Baseball Hologram affixed indicating a signing date of 9/21/2001, done for the Mets "September 11" fundraiser."
