On the left breast of this jersey is the "CUBS" logo patch. Across the back of the jersey is the player name "SOSA." On the back of the collar is MLB logo patch and on the back is the player number "21" in blue on red tackle twill. Inside the back of the collar is a code tag reading "21 48 03 S5." On the left sleeve is another "Cubs" logo patch. Below that is the "Majestic" logo. On the right sleeve is a "C" done in blue on red tackle twill indicating that Sosa was their captain. Both sleeves have elastic cuffs. The jersey is autographed on back in blue marker with "Game Used 2003" added and rates a 9. The jersey shows game use and appears to have no alterations of any kind. Accompanied by a LOA from James Spence Authentication. A Sammy Sosa Hologram is affixed to the back number "2".
