A superb infielder, Yount received the 1982 and 1989 AL MVP award, and won a Gold Glove at shortstop in 1982. He is a member of baseball's elite 3000 hit club. Yount was elected to the Baseball HoF in 1999. On the left front tail of the jersey is the "Rawlings" manufacturers tag with wash instructions and the jersey size "44" on it. Below that is an additional manufacturers tag with "90 YOUNT" on it. There is an additional "Set 2 1990" flag tag and "T" embroidered tag. Across the front of the jersey is "Milwaukee" in script. Below that on the left and on the back of the jersey is the player number "19." Above the number on back is "YOUNT" on a grey name plate. All lettering and numbering is done is blue on yellow tackle twill. On the right sleeve is the "Rawlings" embroidered name. In the inside back of the hat is the "Sports Specialties" manufacturer's size 6 7/8 tag and another MLB tag. "19" is written on the underside of the brim in black marker. There is also an autograph on the underside of the brim in black marker and rates an 8. The jersey and hat show game use and appear to have no alterations of any kind.
