On the front left tail of this jersey is the "Champion" manufacturer's tag with wash instructions and jersey size "40" on it. Adjacent to that is the "Champion" exclusive tag with the "94/95" and "BODY LENGTH+2" on it. Across the front of the jersey is "UTAH JAZZ" screened on in yellow. Below that and on the back is the player number "12" screened on in yellow on white lettering. Across the back is "STOCKTON" sewn on in white tackle twill. On the left breast is the official "NBA" embroidered logo. The jersey shows game-use and appears to have no alterations of any kind.
