On the front left tail is the "APEX" manufacturer's "DALLAS COWBOYS" tag. Attached to that is an additional manufacturer's tag with the jersey size "44" on it. On the bottom front collar is the embroidered official "NFL" logo patch. The player number "82" appears on the front, back, and sleeves in blue screen print. Across the back is the player name "J.SMITH" on a white name plate in blue screen print. Below the player number on each sleeve is the embroidered
"APEX" logo patch. The jersey shows light use and there appear to be no alterations of any kind.
