On the front left tail of this jersey is the "REEBOK" manufacturer's wash tag. Attached to this is an additional flag tag with size "48." On the inside back collar of the jersey is the manufacturer's tag with "04-48" (faded). On the front, back, and on each shoulder is the player number "31" in purple on gold on black triple tackle twill. Across the back is "J.LEWIS" in purple tackle twill on a white name plate. On the front at the neck is the official "NFL Equipment" embroidered logo. Below that is "RAVENS" embroidered. On each sleeve below the player number is the "Reebok" embroidered logo and below that is the Ravens crest patch. The jersey shows tremendous game use with many team repairs and patch work and appears to have no alterations of any kind. The finest Jamal Lewis jersey in the hobby.
