On the left front tail is the "Champion" manufacturers size "44" tag with wash instructions. On the front, back, and both sleeves is the player number "12" in blue on red screen print. Across the back of the jersey is the player name "KELLY" in blue letters screened directly on the jersey . On the bottom front collar is the embroidered official "NFL" logo patch. Below the player number on each sleeve is the "Champion" logo patch. The jersey has white spandex sides and custom open sleeves. The jersey is autographed in black marker with "My Very Best To J.H. (our consignor) Your Jackets are The Best" added and rates a 9. The jersey shows light game use and appears to have no alterations of any kind. Accompanied by a LOA from James Spence Authentication.
