Namath could perform on any stage small or large, at home or on the road. The five time pro-bowler and Super Bowl III MVP was known for his incredibly dramatic comebacks and clutch performances. On the front left tail of the jersey is the "CHAMPION" manufacturer's tag with jersey size "XL" and wash instructions on it. A custom crotch piece has been added to the bottom of the jersey. On the front and back of the jersey is the player number "12" in green screen print. On each sleeve of the jersey is the player number "12" in white screen print. Across the back of the jersey is "NAMATH" in green screen print on a white name plate. The jersey shows excellent game-use and besides the addition of the crotch piece appears to have no alterations of any kind.
