Black and white Hall of Fame plaque postcard measuring 3-5/8" x 5-1/2", signed and inscribed "Best Wishes" in blue ink by Dodgers HOFer Jackie Robinson, who broke the color barrier in 1947. Postcard is NRMT-MINT, signature grades a strong 9 with the inscription partially on the darker part of the postcard. Accompanied by a LOA from James Spence Authentication and an additional LOA.
