"Prime Time!" Like him or not, Deion Sanders was one of the few people who revolutionized the game of professional football. This may be the best example of a Deion Sanders jersey in existence, from the team of his most recognizable game and run at Giants Stadium on 9/21/1998 when he had a Hall of Fame night with Aikman out. On that night, his amazing injured body scored in every way possible, culminating with a punt return for a TD after vomiting minutes before. On the inside back collar of the jersey is the manufacturer's tag with "97-44" on it. On the front, back, and on each shoulder is the player number "21" in blue screen print. Across the back is "SANDERS" in blue screen print on a white name plate. On the front at the neck is the official "NFL" logo patch. Below that is "COWBOYS" embroidered. On each sleeve below the player number is the "NIKE" embroidered logo and below that is the "COWBOYS" star patch. The jersey has white spandex sides and custom elastic sleeves. The jersey has been custom hemmed and taped on the bottom. It is still in its original form as when it was obtained directly from the Cowboys organization, with the famous athletic tape shown still adorning its side. The jersey shows great use and besides the custom hemmed bottom appears to have no alterations of any kind.
