In 1967, Dave Bing joined the NBA's Detroit Pistons, coached by fellow Hall of Famer Dave DeBusschere, and proceeded to score 1,601 points on his way to Rookie of the Year honors. During his 12 year NBA career, Bing averaged more than 20 points per game, and led the league in scoring in 1967-68. A superlative guard with the Washington Bullets and Boston Celtics as well as with the Pistons, he was selected to the NBA All-Star team seven times and was named All-Star Game MVP in 1976. In college, Bing was an All-America selection in 1966, his senior year at Syracuse. In 1996, He was named as one of the 50 greatest players in NBA history. Silver Relief medallion. In excellent condition; slight scratch on tip of nose.
